A paid change-intelligence API over public job boards (Greenhouse / Lever / Ashby), built for AI agents, investors, recruiters and sales teams.

## Target format
`gh:<handle>`, `lever:<handle>`, `ashby:<handle>`, or a bare handle for auto-detect.

## Payment
- Agents: unpaid calls return HTTP 402 with PAYMENT-REQUIRED; settle USDC on Base via x402 and retry. P2P, 0% commission.
- Humans: choose a plan on /pricing, send the exact USDC amount, key issued automatically.
- One access key works across the whole change-intelligence product family.

Pro $99/month (25 companies), Business $499/month (150), Enterprise $2000/month (unlimited). Continuous watch and alerts.
